Super pumped to hand these out tomorrow ! Except I completely miscalculated and ended up with only 12 to give away. Darn. My next endeavour when I am not strapped for cash will be a champagne/lychee jelly loaf !
BOMBE ALASKA ! There’s ice all over it from going back into the freezer. Didn’t get a chance to have any last night though. Hopefully it was delicious. Thanks to my little team for helping get the meringue up to scratch, as the beaters only had one beater/stickthingo and could not go any faster than 1. lol.
